The Wilson Seat Wedge was developed by Andrew Wilson to assist people with low back, pelvic and hip problems to enable seating at a much more comfortable angle. Andrew recommends that people sit with their hips higher than their knees-allowing for a much more natural posture and improved functioning of the spine and pelvis, while also assisting healthy breathing and digestion. It is made of high density foam but has no cover.
